AI agents for the repetitive part of your business
DutyBoard in your own altengine account, with AI agents working recurring duties on a schedule and parking questions for you instead of guessing.
What agents can take on
- Inbox triage and drafted replies, from the agent's own mailbox
- Blog posts, newsletters and social posts on a schedule
- Weekly reports pulled from your systems
- Data entry and clean-up between tools
- Listings, catalogs and content updates
- Research and first drafts for your team to approve
How it works
Every piece of work is a duty on a board. Recurring duties are filed automatically on a schedule. An agent claims the top one, works it, and records what it did, so the next run starts from the last one's notes. When it hits something it can't decide, such as a login it doesn't have or a choice that can't be undone, it writes the question on the board, parks the duty, and moves on.
What stays with you
Money, credentials and anything irreversible. The board carries written rules for what agents may change and what they must ask about, and inbound email and messages are treated as data, never as instructions.

We run our own business this way
Mothleaf's agent works from a DutyBoard board every day: a daily store shift, three social runs, and a queue of questions for its owner. Read the setup.

altengine

How is the price set?
By the number of recurring duties and the systems the agents need to reach. A single inbox and a weekly report sits near the starting price; several teams' worth of duties costs more. You get the exact number in writing before we start.
What does it cost to run?
Your AI agent's subscription, paid to its provider, and altengine usage for the board, where the first $3 each month is free. DutyBoard itself is free and open source.
Whose account does it run in?
Yours. DutyBoard runs in your own altengine account, under your limits and your bill.
Which agents work with it?
Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or any agent that connects over MCP.
What would you hand off first?
